Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard delivery 
Within 2 to 5 working days

Access point delivery (if available)
Within 1 to 6 working days

International shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Please allow up to 15 business days for international orders, though most packages arrive sooner.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. You will see the total shipping charge before you confirm your order. 

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within The Netherlands.
  
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to EU. If your location is not listed, we are unable to process your order at this time. Please contact us for more information on international shipping options.

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature. In these cases, we will notify you if an item is not available for shipment.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize you've made an error with your address, please contact us as soon as possible to update the details before your order is shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

International Shipping
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by the customs authority of the destination country.
